Ok, so, type symbols, do this steps

Alt + 1 = ☺

Alt + 2 = ☻

Alt + 3 = ♥

Alt + 4 = ♦

Alt + 11 = ♂

Alt + 12 = ♀

Alt + 13 =  ♪

Alt + 21 = §

Alt + 31 = ▼

You can use everything starting from 1 to 31. 32 is  Space, 33 is !, 34 is ", and again and again.
